Function of Position:
This is a front-line student service position involving extensive in-person and telephone contact with students, parents, and sponsors.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Process incoming mail; vouchers, certificate of residency, payment plan agreement forms, etc.
+ Responsible for providing high-level customer service
+ Primary contact person for students, parents and sponsors interpreting and explaining complex student accounts, policies and requirements concerning tuition cost and bill payment
+ Maintain PC-based logs for tracking student accounts
+ Other clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and shredding

Job Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong customer service background in an office setting
+ Data input experience
+ Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel
+ Prior use of Banner or other student ERP systems
+ Good understanding of basic computer operations
+ Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Additional Information:
Pay rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week.
