Our team is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to help drive process optimization, improve production efficiency, and uphold our strong commitment to quality and operational excellence.

    Position Overview

    The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that enhance productivity and product quality. This position requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for safety, efficiency, and quality.

    + Analyze workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout for optimization.

    + Collect and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process changes.

    + Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions and process validation.

    + Develop and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.

    + Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Support the quality team in root-cause analysis and corrective action projects.

    + Provide technical support to production personnel and management.

    + Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (required).

    + 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (preferred).

    + Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and time studies.

    + Strong technical skills in Excel, CAD software, or data visualization tools.

    + Excellent blueprint reading and problem-solving abilities.

    + Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

    + High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
