    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist outside sales reps and brokers

    + Manage sales pipeline and customer accounts

    + Respond to phone and email inquiries

    + Perform data entry and lead tracking

    + Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues

    + Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes

    Qualifications

    + 1+ years in sales support, admin, or customer service

    + Strong data entry, math, and computer skills

    + Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

    + Detail-oriented and self-motivated
