    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Front Services Supervisor manages Valet and Limo Drivers to ensure efficient operations that positively impacts front of the house guest services to ensure guests have a positive experience during arrival and departure. You will report to the Front Services Manager.

    *Start Rate: $21.00/hour | Full-Time | Overnight shift

    Primary Tasks:

    1. You will handle all guest complaints and takes internal corrective action.

    2. Review all work schedules to assure proper use of associate hours to meet guests’ and Casino promotion needs ensuring that staffing is present to meet the daily business demands.

    3. You will notify each associate about business demands daily (arrivals, departures, group functions).

    4. Inform staff of hotel services and amenities.

    5. You will assign specific tasks as they arise to the staff according to the rotation sequence.

    6. Monitor that associates perform their job responsibilities to the hotel's expected level of service.

    7. You will accommodate all guest requests.

    8. Coordinate group luggage requirements.

    9. You will maintain and observe cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and supplies.

    10. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    * Clear driving record required (no serious traffic violations)

    * Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

    * Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

    * Follow established procedures of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.

    * Prior experience in public or private transportation
