    ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    + Inspect material, mark defects and flaws for grinding and remove defects with hand grinder if required.

    + Weighs, band, mark, stamp, tag and identify material after re-grinding.

    + Check dimensions and surface quality to meet customers requirements.

    + Ensure compliance with established grinding techniques.

    + Detect and report defective material and improper operations and unusual condition to proper supervision.

    + Comply with prescribed safety regulations and keep area clean.

    NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    + Perform other duties as required or directed by work leader or supervisor.
