Position Summary
The Support Engineer provides technical assistance and deployment support across the organization, ensuring reliable end-user technology and high-quality customer service.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
+ Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive, professional interactions.
+ Solid experience with Windows 11, desktop hardware, VoIP phones, printers, docking stations, monitors, cameras, and common software applications.
+ Working knowledge of mobile device functions and cellular plan provisioning.
+ Proficient in installing, configuring, and deploying desktop hardware and peripherals.
+ Familiarity with Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
+ Ability to learn and apply various technology support methodologies and best practices.
+ Foundational understanding of networking concepts including VPN, Wi-Fi, PC imaging, and cabling.
+ Ability to transport and physically deploy computer hardware (up to 50 lbs).
+ Must have reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel 40+ miles per day.
+ Strong ability to follow detailed technical instructions and execute deployment procedures accurately.
+ Detail-oriented with strong inventory management and documentation skills.
+ Experience with incident and service request tools (e.g., service desk ticketing systems).
+ Dependable with the ability to adhere to time-sensitive schedules and meet deadlines.
