    The role you'll contribute:

    Responsible for delivering spiritual care in an outpatient setting through consultative promotion, training, and approved mission initiatives. This position trains providers and outpatient entities to conduct Faith in Practice spiritual screening assessments, and develops and supports Spiritual Care Teams. Tasks include expanding the territory through recruiting and business development activities, generating new leads, presenting initiatives, maintaining relationships, and following up after presentations. This role also manages the territory to maximize growth of initiatives and conducts regular practice visits.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    + Recruits and manages territory growth and development, generating leads to recruit additional providers and outpatient entities into CMI initiatives.

    + Pitches and presents to leadership and providers, facilitating market expansion and onboarding to mission initiatives.

    + Utilizes clinical best practices integrated into the mission to drive core CMI metrics and sustain CMI initiatives.

    + Tracks referrals from territory sent for Spiritual Counseling and ensures the Spiritual Care Plan is returned to the provider.

    + Maintains accurate documentation of spiritual care referrals and a network of spiritual support for patients.

    + Provides training and ongoing support for providers and staff to conduct spiritual assessment screenings.

    The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

    Minimum qualifications:

    + 3 years business development, territory management and/or training experience

    + 5 years experience in the hospital and/or outpatient clinical setting

    + Valid in state Drivers License with current car insurance

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Associates degree

    + Bachelor's

    + 5 years experience providing outpatient practice management support
