Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to assess ROI, payback periods, and profitability for marketing spend across channels (digital, brand, events, partnerships, etc.).
• Provide financial insights on campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
• Support the development of business cases for new marketing initiatives, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
• Analyze trends in marketing spend efficiency and identify opportunities for cost optimization or performance improvement.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership highlighting key metrics and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, FP&A, and Data Analytics to ensure data accuracy and alignment between financial and marketing performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or marketing finance; experience supporting a marketing function is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis supporting a Marketing department.
• Familiarity with marketing performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates, media efficiency ratios).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with financial planning systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We'd love to see:
• Experience in a marketing-heavy industry such as consumer goods, technology, media, or retail.
• Prior work in a marketing department or finance role supporting marketing functions.
• Exposure to digital marketing metrics and tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) is advantageous.
