    Job Description

    The Supervisor, Inventory provides regional leadership for inventory operations, supervising a multi-site team and ensuring operational consistency, inventory accuracy, and alignment with supply chain strategy. This position oversees a team based at multiple warehouses, most of whom will report directly to the main warehouse, and provides guidance, training, and oversight for newly hired staff. The Supervisor, Inventory also leads cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain, drives network optimization, and ensures ERP system data integrity for multi-site operations.

    Responsibilities

    * Supervise, mentor, and develop a regional inventory team, including newly hired staff and site leads.

    * Ensure consistency in inventory processes, operational procedures, and performance across all warehouses.

    * Conduct regional performance reviews and develop training programs to build a high-performing team.

    * Travel to satellite warehouses as needed to ensure alignment, provide coaching, and maintain operational standards.

    * Lead initiatives with procurement to optimize stock replenishment and vendor delivery performance.

    * Collaborate and lead with Logistics to ensure efficient inbound/outbound material flow and reduce lead times.

    * Support network optimization by analyzing warehouse layouts, inventory positioning, and transfer strategies.

    * Provide insights to Supply Chain for forecasting, planning, and cost reduction initiatives.

    * Maintain ERP system integrity across multiple warehouses, including master data, transactions, and reporting.

    * Lead development of dashboards and metrics tracking for regional performance monitoring.

    * Identify system improvements, automate workflows, and standardize processes across sites.

    * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, reduce costs, and optimize operational efficiency.

    * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

    * Conduct root-cause analysis for discrepancies and implement corrective measures regionally.

    * Other projects and duties, as assigned.

    Requirements

    Education:

    * Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field, preferred.

    * Bachelor's degree, preferred.

    Experience:

    * 7 years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience, preferred.

    * 2 years of experience in a supervisory/multi-site leadership position, preferred.

    * Experience leading multi-site teams, preferably across multiple states.

    Computer Skills:

    * Advanced experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent ERP systems, preferred.

    Additional Requirements:

    * Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and implement process standardization.

    * Strong regional leadership and team-building skills.

    * Analytical mindset with KPI management and process improvement experience.

    * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

    * Advanced ERP and reporting/dashboard skills.

    * Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

    * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Other Details

    Work Hours:

    * Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

    Travel Requirements:

    * Occasional (25%-50%) Travel regionally to satellite warehouses.

    Compensation:

    * This is a salary position paid biweekly.
