Shift:** **Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:30am
Role Responsibilities:
+ Operate and monitor lithography tools to perform photoresist coating, exposure, and development processes in a cleanroom environment.
+ Perform metrology inspections (CDSEM, overlay, thickness, focus/exposure checks) to ensure process accuracy and product quality.
+ Utilize the MES system for lot tracking, data entry, and process flow management.
+ Coordinate with engineering and shift teams to communicate tool status, lot progress, and abnormal conditions.
+ Crosstrain in multiple process areas to provide shift coverage.
+ Commute between buildings or modules as needed to support wafer movement, and cross area collaboration.
+ Follow all safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols to maintain compliance with fab standards.
+ Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance throughput, quality, and equipment performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Technical Diploma
+ 4-7 years of experience
Physical Requirements:
+ This position requires frequent walking between process areas and buildings, standing for extended periods, and occasionally bending, squatting, twisting, or reaching to load/unload Foups and wafers.
+ Must be comfortable handling wafer carriers and equipment parts weighing up to ~35lbs while following ergonomic and safety procedures.
+ Regularly works in a cleanroom environment that requires wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
+ Requires the ability to operate computer interfaces (MES, tool monitors) and perform precise manual tasks under cleanroom conditions.
+ The environment involves moderate noise from equipment and vacuum pumps, with temperature and humidity controlled for wafer processing.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
