Position Summary...
What you'll do...
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Advanced Analytics to lead and drive data–driven decision making for Site Operations and Merchandizing across our US Ecommerce website and App. As a key member of the analytics organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our merchandising and site analytics strategy, optimizing user experiences, and driving business growth. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a strong analytics foundation—ensuring data is accurately captured, translated into meaningful insights, and used to drive smarter merchandising decisions and business growth using customer journey’s related insights.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to define the long-term vision and strategy.
+ Championing the use of data and analytics to drive business growth.
+ Provide data-backed insights to inform broader company decisions.
+ Advocate for data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
+ Drive collaboration and alignment across teams to achieve shared goals.
+ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
Data-Driven Decision Making
+ Create and implement sophisticated analytics models and methodologies.
+ Using AI to increase productivity and scale of insights delivery
+ Use data insights to focus on site performance, improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
+ Develop and set key performance indicators (KPIs), including metrics to track success.
+ Proactively identify and address data quality and accessibility issues.
Team Development and Management
+ Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent to build a world-class ecommerce analytics team.
+ Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
+ Identify and mentor future leaders within the organization.
+ Provide guidance and support to all team members.
Industry Thought Leadership
+ Keep a deep understanding of emerging technologies and best practices in analytics.
+ Serve as a thought leader in the industry, with opportunities to speak at conferences.
Qualifications
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative disciplines.
+ 5+ years of proven track record of leading and managing high-performing merchandising and site analytics teams.
+ Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, or computer science).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data storytelling and complex outcomes to audiences of all levels, including the senior leadership team.
+ Extensive experience in experimental design; including A/B and multivariate testing causal inference, and difference-in-difference techniques.
+ Advanced experience with SQL and Python, as well as database technologies (e.g. relational and non-relational databases, data lake and warehouse).
+ Track record of providing valuable insights that shape the business, with measurable outcomes on user engagement, growth, satisfaction, and revenue impact.
+ A trusted partner to product and business leaders, including the senior leadership team.
+ Hands-on experience on data visualization and reporting tools.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
