    The Senior Manager, Earnings Governance within Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety is an individual contributor role focused on ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant tipping practices for delivery drivers. This data-driven position leads cross-functional initiatives and projects that strengthen earnings integrity and driver trust. The role analyzes tipping data, develops governance frameworks, and partners across Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance to align policies with business objectives and regulatory standards. Through data insights and collaboration, the Senior Manager helps drive responsible growth and continuous improvement in Walmart’s earnings ecosystem.

     

    What you'll do...

    About the team:

    The Earnings Governance team within Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety ensures fair, transparent, and compliant earnings for Spark drivers. By analyzing data and governing models, the team shapes policies that promote consistency and responsible growth. Collaborating closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance, the team supports informed earnings decisions that strengthen driver trust and advance Walmart’s Last Mile delivery network. This group drives operational excellence through cross-functional leadership, process improvement, and data-driven insights, contributing to the continuous enhancement of business efficiency and sustainable growth.

    What you'll do:

    + Lead governance initiatives ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant tipping practices for delivery drivers.

    + Manage complex projects and workstreams to deliver key initiatives effectively.

    + Analyze tipping data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Develop dashboards and tools to monitor compliance and performance.

    + Maintain documentation and policies for tipping and earnings standards.

    + Partner with Product, Tech, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.

    + Support reviews and risk mitigation for tipping models.

    + Lead change management and stakeholder communication.

    + Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and trust.

    + Serve as a team leader to foster collaboration and accountability.

    + Proven experience in operations and project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

    + Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business insights.

    + Expertise in process improvement and driving business efficiency through innovative solutions.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
