Chevron is accepting online applications for the position **Enterprise AI Administrative Assistant** through **12/15/25** at **11:59 p.m.** CST.
This position provides administrative and office support to the Chevron New Energies (CNE) team. Chevron is committed to advancing the organization toward being a leader in the Energy Transition. The Administrative Assistant must be someone who is self-motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently, and has demonstrated the ability to multitask. The successful candidate needs strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
+ Provides general administrative support, including coordinating meetings and appointments, planning events, ordering office supplies, maintaining files, and managing visitor credentials.
+ Provides thorough calendar management, ensuring the right people are in each meeting, managing cadence to optimize leaders’ time, and gathering pre-read materials in advance.
+ Coordinates domestic and international travel plans, including booking, scheduling in-person meetings, and managing expense reports.
+ Assists in managing team collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
+ Communicates and interacts effectively with leaders and employees across the organization.
+ Always maintains the highest degree of confidentiality.
+ Assists in preparing and proofreading presentation materials.
+ Coordinates meetings, conference calls, and catering needs.
+ Orders supplies and equipment as needed.
+ Independently completes projects by gathering, organizing, and summarizing information into clear documentation.
+ Maintains effective networks within the organization and with external stakeholders."
Required Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in administrative support roles (5+ years minimum)
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Communicates in a clear, concise, and effective manner with internal and external customers.
+ Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Experience with e-billing and setting up vendors in payment system.
+ Ability to problem solve and use good judgement in making decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Chevron policies and procedures is required.
+ Demonstrated commitment to Chevron Way behaviors, including integrity, trust, diversity, partnership, and high performance.
+ 10+ years’ experience in administrative support roles
Relocation Options:
Relocation **will not be** considered. for this role.

Expatriate assignments **will not be** considered.
