Reach/Forklift Operator – Warehouse, Logistics, Material Handling

**Pay:** $17.50 – $18.50 per hour

**Position Type:** Full-Time

Position Summary:

Seeking skilled Reach/Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse and logistics team. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating both standard forklifts and reach trucks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to safety, efficiency, and accuracy while managing and moving goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate reach trucks and forklifts to load and unload goods from containers, trailers, and delivery vehicles

+ Safely move palletized and crated products throughout warehouse or storage facilities

+ Stack goods in proper storage locations following inventory control guidelines

+ Ensure all loads are secure and safely arranged

+ Manage empty pallets and maintain orderly storage areas

+ Perform daily equipment checks, such as recharging batteries or changing propane tanks

+ Remove attachments and waste materials from equipment as necessary

+ Inspect products to verify they meet quality standards

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow operating procedures for equipment use

+ Support general warehouse and housekeeping activities

Qualifications:

+ Must have reach truck and standard forklift operation experience

+ OSHA-compliant forklift certification required

+ One or more years of relevant warehouse experience preferred

+ Good math, reading, and language skills

+ Excellent attention to detail and safety practices to prevent injury and promote a safe work environment

+ Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain good records

+ Reliable, timely, and safe work performance

+ Commitment to keeping workspaces clean and organized
