    What You’ll Do:

    + Take ownership as **Lead Civil Engineer** on rail and transit infrastructure projects.

    + Lead design efforts for **stations, tracks, rail facilities, and civil infrastructure** , ensuring the highest technical standards.

    + Serve as the **client’s engineering expert** , guiding them through complex design solutions.

    + Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

    + Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, while overseeing technical quality and regulatory compliance.

    + Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

    + Conduct **QA/QC reviews** , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and design integrity.

    + Contribute to **business development efforts** , demonstrating our technical excellence to clients and partners.

    Who You Are:

    + Licensed **Professional Engineer (PE)** with **10+ years of civil engineering experience** , ideally in **rail and transit projects** .

    + Deep technical expertise across **track design, station and rail facility design, utilities, and surface transportation systems** .

    + Comfortable in **client-facing roles** , confident in presenting complex engineering concepts.

    + A **natural mentor and leader** , leading by example and inspiring teams to deliver technical excellence.

    + Skilled in **Civil3D, MicroStation/Geopak** , or similar design software.

    + Adept at preparing engineering plans, specifications, reports, and estimates.

    + Collaborative, innovative, and committed to **ethical, high-quality engineering practice** .
