    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Change Management Program Lead, you will lead the achievement of strategic goals and deliverables for a large global technology company. The role required travel up to 25% within the United States and globally.

     

    **What You’ll Do** :

     

    Establishes performance objectives and deliverables related to the achievement of line of business's goals and objectives for a client or clients. May write or assist in writing RFP (Requests For Proposals) responses and executing on those proposals.

     

    Develops, implements and maintains key processes to be followed by a function(s). Defines priorities for site, area and function planning as part of a one-time client engagement or as part of an on-going client relationship.

     

    Coordinates with the line of business platform; i.e., subject area, geographic resources and experts able to support the needs of line of business's clients.

     

    Manages and achieves financial, operational and other measures as defined in deliverables and/or KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) established for the client or clients as part of a one-time client engagement or as part of an on-going client relationship.

     

    May collaborate with other line of business team members to forecast and develop annual real estate plans and implement strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals as part of a one-time client engagement or as part of an on-going client relationship.

     

    May conduct periodic interviews of business unit and other client leaders to identify future business direction related to growth, labor, market changes and other issues that could impact real estate requirements or provide insights relative to strategic and/or optimization-focused initiatives as required.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of corporate real estate and business consulting experience and education will be considered.

    + Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Global Studies or a related MBA preferred.

    + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

    + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

    + Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

    + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Change Management Program Lead role is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Occupancy Planning Director position is $190,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
