    Job Description

    1. Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through to detailed design including assessing local conditions and providing rate breakdowns (material, labor, plant, and productivity);

    2. Deliver and present updated costs plans at appropriate design milestones;

    3. Review proposed design changes/new technologies and prepare estimates within the appropriate accuracy levels;

    4. Understand design stages and estimating levels;

    5. Provide feasibility studies;

    6. Perform value engineering;

    7. Prepare cash commit forecasts for the entire construction lifecycle;

    8. Analyze labor markets and other cost drivers including unions and taxes;

    9. Prepare monthly presentations for Petitioner’s Clients;

    10. Utilize Estimating and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Software; and

    11. Perform benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.

    RELATED OCCUPATION:

    Cost Manager or any other job title performing all listed job duties.

     

    **SALARY RANGE:** $162,000.00 to $172,000.00/year

    **JOB TIME** : Full Time

    Qualifications

    Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 4 years of experience in job offered or 4 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
