    **Morton Plant North Bay Hospital** is seeking a compassionate and skilled **PRN/Pool Occupational Therapist** to join our acute care team. This role provides high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to individuals with a variety of medical conditions in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, flexibility, and a commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Occupational Therapist Pool Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

    + Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support recovery and improve independence in activities of daily living.

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    + Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

    + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning.

    + Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + OT (Occupational Therapy)

    + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

    + Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy
