    We are currently seeking a Data Center Ops to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

    Job Description:

    **Location:** NJ - Mahwah

    **Operations Type:** 24*7 operations – 365 days/year

    **Working Time Zone:** 4days/week, 10hours/day + 25mins break time per day. Shift timing will be either 7:30pm 6:15am or 8:30pm 7:15am. Shift will be on rotations. There will be some trainings during day time at the initial stage of job

    **Experience level:** Mid level

    Job Description

    + Resource will be working onsite to handle Data Center Hardware Reports, lift and shift, Support SMC Troubleshooting.

    + Work with Hardware providers, escort vendors in the facilities

    + This position provides 24/7 - 365 Hardware support to our Ramapo Ridge Datacenter.

    + The Datacenter Hardware team is responsible for swapping failed server components such as DIMMS, Power supplies, Array controllers, Hard drives, etc.

    + Will also be responsible for Vendor Escorts, Server installations, Server decommissioning and Vendor dispatching.

    + Candidate will work trouble tickets and create work orders for repairs.

    + This position is based on a 4x10 workday. Candidate must possess working knowledge of server components, and be willing to work any shift. (Day, twilight, overnight and weekends.)
