What You'll Be Doing
+ Lead and coordinate night shift production activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
+ Monitor equipment and processes to maintain quality standards.
+ Provide guidance and support to team members for optimal performance.
+ Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals.

+ Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
+ Capability to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
+ Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and around heavy equipment.
+ Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must be able to work night shifts and extended hours as needed.
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
