    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul trucks to move aggregate materials safely and efficiently

    + Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment readiness

    + Communicate with team members to maintain smooth material flow and production goals

    + Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

    + Assist with other plant operations as needed to support continuous workflow

    + Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care

    + Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    + Capability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is required

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
