Description:
The Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing facility-related projects to ensure timely completion within budget and compliance standards. This role bridges operational needs and project execution, providing dedicated oversight for renovations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements while supporting day-to-day facility operations.
This is a full-time day shift position.
What you will do:
Project Planning & Coordination
+ Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
+ Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
+ Ensure all projects comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Education:
+ **Required:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
+ 3+ years in facilities, construction, or project coordination.
+ Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
Skills:
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ Detail-oriented and proactive.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
