Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization is seeking an Industrial Painter to join their team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be part of the TPM Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Industrial Painter
**Location:** Port Orange, FL
**Pay Range:** $17-$19 HR
**Shift:** 7:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
+ Operate spray painting equipment to apply industrial finishes on metal products
+ Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, and priming for painting
+ Mix paints and solutions according to specified formulas and monitor drying processes
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality and conformance to specifications
What's Needed?
+ High School diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred
+ One to two years of professional painting experience preferred
+ Ability to read and understand safety data sheets and technical manuals
+ Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform bending, stooping, and reaching
+ Proficiency with measuring devices and attention to detail
