Our client, a dedicated organization committed to supporting democratic processes, is seeking a Poll Worker Support Specialist to join their team. . The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, experience with high call volume and excellent computer skills.
**Job Title:** Poll Worker Support Specialist
**Location:** Tampa, FL
**Pay Range:** $18/Hr.
**Shift:** Standard 8:00am – 5:00pm with the availability to work earlier, later, and weekends
What's the Job?
+ Serve as a liaison between Poll Workers and the Poll Worker Services and Training Department
+ Process poll worker applications and payroll information efficiently
+ Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally
+ Answer questions and provide real-time support using webchat applications
+ Follow communication scripts to address a variety of topics and issues
What's Needed?
+ Great customer service skills and phone etiquette
+ Previous experience in a customer support role
+ Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
+ Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
+ Possession of a valid and current FL Driver License with no more than seven points
