    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst II to join their team. As a Business Analyst II, you will be part of the Strategic Development Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Business Analyst II

    **Pay Rate:** $65-70/hr

    **Location:** Spring, TX

    **Duration:** 12 months (potential to extend)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions.

    + Conduct interviews with key project stakeholders and document and present the results.

    + Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions to enhance efficiency.

    + Assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimizing project scope, benefits, and risks.

    + Facilitate change management efforts associated with projects and support documentation efforts.

    + Enable commercial optimization, TCO model builds, supply chain risk mitigation and long-term value creation across corporation

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.

    + Proficiency with Visio and MS Office applications.

    + Strong communication and presentation skills.

    + Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems.

    + Ability to interpret basic models and produce complex business cases.
