    Our client, a leading organization in the data and compliance sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project delivery and data governance support teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Project Manager

    **Location:** Eagle, Idaho (Remote work available)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives including GDR (Granular Data Reporting) and legal compliance projects.

    + Establish project scope, timelines, detailed schedules, and comprehensive management plans.

    + Coordinate resources, assemble cross-functional teams, and foster effective communication among stakeholders.

    + Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.

    + Serve as Scrum Master for data-centric workstreams, managing Agile ceremonies and removing impediments for teams.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

    + Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master working with data engineering, reporting, or analytics teams.

    + Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and facilitate decision-making processes.

    + Background in data-driven projects, reporting initiatives, or compliance-related work preferred.

    + Proficiency in creating core project management artifacts such as project plans, risk management plans, and status reports.
