    **Title:** Associate I Payroll

    **Location:** St. Paul, MN (100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 3 Months (Higher Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

    **Shift Time:** 9am to 5pm

    **Pay Range :** $25/hr to $29/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a “Associate I Payroll“ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.

    Top Skills:

    + Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes

    + Tax filing Exp.- payroll tax filing

    + Attention to detail & fast paced

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Previous work with state agencies

    + Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations

    + Has multi-state tax experience

    + Experience in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)

    + Communication: Clear and effective communication

    + Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed

    Education:

    + High School Diploma with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
