Lewisberry, PA Company is seeking a Material Handler/Order Picker. This is a 1st shift role working M-F 8:30am - 5pm.
Must meet screening requirements.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
About the Role:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure timely and correct shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Accurately and quickly pick customer orders, ensuring correct items, lot numbers, and quantities.**
+ **Prepare orders for shipment in a customer-friendly manner, checking cartons and packaging materials properly.**
+ **Pack products into boxes, containers, or pallets to protect items during shipment.**
+ **Follow department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).**
+ **Maintain compliance with quality standards, as well as environmental, health, and safety regulations.**
+ **Must meet screening requirements.**
+ **Climate-controlled warehouse environment.**
+ **Daily rotation of duties.**
+ **CDC-compliant COVID-19 cleaning and safety precautions in place.**
+ **High school diploma or equivalent.**
+ **Basic computer skills.**
+ **Minimum of one (1) year experience in general warehousing or manufacturing.**
+ **Strong attendance record and commitment to teamwork.**
**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
