Responsibilities for a Commercial Credit Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Support loan booking and closing activities in the Loan IQ (LIQ) system of record

• Read and interpret credit agreements, identifying pricing, contract terms, required documentation, and compliance needs

• Enter accurate data into Loan IQ and maintain records for wholesale and syndicated credit transactions

• Collaborate with deal teams to gather documents, answer process-related questions, and confirm closing requirements

• Prepare for engagement by reviewing deal structures and validating necessary materials

• Support commercial credit activities within Wholesale Credit and nonresidential Fulfillment Booking/Funding processes

• Occasionally interact with Agent Banks for clarifications (no direct client interaction)

Candidates for Commercial Credit Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• LoanIQ Expertise: Proficiency with Loan IQ or similar loan management systems

• Loan Documentation Expertise: Ability to review and verify syndicated & corporate lending documents

• Financial Credit Experience: Understanding of credit fundamentals and commercial lending practices

**Pay Details:** $32.04 per hour
