• What You’ll Do

As a Wellness team Supervisor on our Non-Medical Home Care team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seniors receive safe, dignified, and supportive care at home.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Completing home visits and ongoing client assessments

+ Supervising caregivers and ensuring care meets agency standards

+ Updating plans of care and ensuring client safety

+ Conducting supervisory visits every 30/60 days

+ Recognizing and coaching caregivers — and celebrating their wins

+ Supporting caregiver training and quality assurance efforts

+ Helping with the two-step PPD program as needed

+ Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure exceptional client service

This is a full-time role supporting our Mainline territory, based out of our Havertown office.

• Requirements

+ RN or LPN license (current PA Board of Nursing registration)

+ 10+ years of nursing experience preferred

+ Home care and dementia care experience strongly preferred

+ Managerial or supervisory background ideal

+ Sales or client-facing experience a plus

+ Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask in a busy environment

+ Annual TB test required

Office: 1950 Lawrence Road, First Floor, Havertown, PA 19083

Territory: Greater Philadelphia — from the Delaware border to Horsham, with emphasis on the Mainline area.

Travel within territory is required.
