    Contract Duration: 12+ Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 5-7+ years of Project Management experience,

    + Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.

    + Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines.

    + Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening).

    + Strong change management and consulting skills.

    + Agile methodology experience.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence.

    + Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.

    + Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

    + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

    + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

    + Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies.

    + Lead resolution of highly complex challenges with long-term impact.

    + Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives.

    + Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success.

    + Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions.
