Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating project schedules and resources. This position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and relaxed environment, contributing to exciting technology-oriented design projects within complex buildings.

Responsibilities

+ Meet with Project Managers every Friday to capture weekly forecasting needs for internal personnel tasks and upcoming deadlines.

+ Prepare and update the weekly Manpower Planning report.

+ Track design deliverable deadlines and document manpower assignments.

+ Coordinate overlapping team completion demands and define task priorities.

+ Track proposal status, Add Service Proposals (ASPs), and receipt of purchase orders (POs).

+ Monitor engineer schedules, including PTO and travel arrangements.

Essential Skills

+ Project coordination and scheduling experience.

+ Experience in project management within construction or engineering firms.

+ Ability to coordinate internal projects, people, and schedules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2-15 years of experience in a related field.

+ Experience with Vantage Point is a bonus.

+ Must have experience at a design or construction firm.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Woodridge, IL, requiring presence in the office four days a week (Monday through Thursday). Meetings with Project Managers occur on Fridays, with weekly reporting completed on Mondays. The team values a fun and relaxed culture, hosts interns annually, and participates in engaging events within the data center and technology engineering space. While there are no strict time zone requirements, communication with Project Managers during CST hours is essential. The office is known for its vibrant atmosphere, with roughly 40 employees and a leader in technology engineering, focusing on exciting data-center projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodridge, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26/hr.
