    Job Title: Medical Affairs SpecialistJob Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled Medical Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing shared value across all Global Medical functions. The role will be primarily responsible for contracting, finance tracking, and Veeva coordination, contributing significantly to the success of our operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Draft and organize HCP and vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) for advisory boards and global initiatives, ensuring coordination with Legal & Compliance.

    + Create purchase orders, process invoices, and track approval processes efficiently.

    + Monitor spending versus budget and reconcile finances monthly with the Finance department.

    + Support submissions, linking, tagging, and routing through MRC within Veeva systems.

    + Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure seamless meeting management.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Veeva and strong understanding of medical affairs and compliance.

    + Experience in medical operations and stakeholder management.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a global environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools like Smartsheet or MS Project, and virtual collaboration platforms such as Teams or SharePoint.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.

    + Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably within Medical Affairs or Oncology.

    + Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global/regional projects.

    + Knowledge of medical congress planning, advisory boards, and Medical Affairs deliverables is preferred.

    This is a Contract position based out of Princeton, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
