    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, focusing on the electrical power transmission, control, and distribution industry. You will work with a team that serves a variety of sectors including utilities, data centers, industrial automation, renewable energy, and commercial facilities. This role involves designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining power distribution equipment across North America.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop electrical drawings in accordance with industry standards and specifications.

    + Release approved drawings and bill of materials to the production team.

    + Revise and resubmit drawing packages based on customer feedback.

    + Provide support during the assembly and wiring process in production.

    + Create electrical bills of materials and log data into the manufacturing database.

    + Ensure all projects meet the requirements of existing equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a minimum of 4 years of medium voltage experience.

    + At least 3 years of experience in medium voltage, wiring design, and electrical drafting.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in the power industry is preferred.

    Work Environment

    Work in a newly renovated, clean, safe, and well-lit facility that is climate-controlled. The standard shift consists of four 10-hour days, with flexibility to work on Fridays if necessary. Our facility is extremely busy with projects extending through the year 2028, and we are committed to growing our team for the long term. Training can take up to a year, with hands-on experience on the floor during the initial weeks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Canton, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
