    Senior Production Manager – Global CPG Leader

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a Senior Production Manager to join our Plant Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Site Senior Director of Manufacturing. In this role, you will own high-speed Aerosol and Liquid Filling operations, ensuring end-to-end supply chain success. You’ll lead a team of supervisors, engineers, and maintenance professionals, guiding a workforce of 100–200 employees in a 24/7 operation.

     

    Your mission: deliver operational excellence across Service, Cost, Productivity, Quality, Safety, and NPD/EPD start-up KPIs, while championing Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead & Inspire: Foster a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Coach and mentor staff, creating clear growth plans for career development.

    + Safety First: Drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all training standards and minimizing incidents.

    + Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain profitability without compromising quality or safety.

    + Operational Excellence: Optimize production flow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery of conforming products.

    + Strategic Impact: Develop and execute plans aligned with the company’s 3-year growth objectives.

    + Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles across multiple production units, meeting or exceeding KPIs.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to achieve unified goals.

    + Leadership Role: Serve as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, sharing best practices across the corporate network.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

    + Experience:7+ years in manufacturing management, preferably in CPG.

    + Proven leadership in high-speed aerosol and/or liquid filling operations (preferred).

    + Lean Manufacturing and ERP experience (SAP preferred).

    + Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

    + Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and lead large teams in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

    The pay range for this position is $140930.00 - $176162.00/yr.
