    Job Title: Production Associate (2nd Shift)

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    **Experience Level:** Intermediate

     

    Job Overview

     

    As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling small components with precision and performing soldering tasks to ensure high-quality finished products. This position requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to maintaining production standards.

    Responsibilities

    + **Track Job Progress:** Monitor multiple jobs throughout the manufacturing process and ensure each step is completed accurately.

    + **Review Documentation:** Understand work orders, job routing, and process instructions for all assigned tasks.

    + **Machine Operation:** Operate and observe machines, making minor adjustments as needed and reporting major issues promptly.

    + **Assembly & Soldering:** Assemble small components and perform soldering with precision and care.

    + **Secondary Operations:** Conduct tasks such as trimming, cutting, grinding, and packaging as required.

    + **Quality Control:** Inspect assemblies, test for quality, and record measurements such as part counts and product dimensions.

    + **Final Packaging:** Prepare assemblies for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets company standards.

    What We Expect

    + Professionalism and accountability in all aspects of work.

    + Strong teamwork and a positive, supportive attitude.

    + Ability to learn and properly use tools, equipment, and soldering techniques.

    + Understanding of company mission and production processes.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours at a time.

    + Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

    + Good eyesight (aided or unaided) for working with very small components.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + **Required Skills:** Assembly of small components

    + Soldering experience

    + Machine operation

    + Use of hand tools, tape measure, and calipers

    + **Preferred Experience:** 2–3 years in production or assembly roles

    + Familiarity with inspection and quality control processes

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Port Washington, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
