Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a general warehouse worker in an auto parts distribution facility. This role involves working in various sections of the warehouse, providing flexibility throughout the day, and adapting to different tasks and departments as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Move around the warehouse efficiently and be flexible with tasks.

+ Get involved in different departments and tasks as needed.

+ Be cross-trained to adapt to various sections of the warehouse.

+ Utilize a pick list and an RF scan gun to collect specific items for the E-Commerce section.

+ Package items for shipping.

+ Work with computers to document and process orders.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency with forklift operations.

+ Knowledge of inventory processes.

+ Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to learn quickly and be cross-trained.

+ Comfortable with extensive walking in a large warehouse environment.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a large warehouse environment with extensive walking required. The role is part of the weekend shift from Saturday to Tuesday, with hours from noon to 10:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Branford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
