Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler with expertise in validation/testing, electrical damage/repairs, and a solid understanding of PCB Boards or Main Ledger parts. The ideal candidate will have experience using a soldering machine and be capable of replacing parts as needed with hand tools.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct validation and testing of electrical components.

+ Repair electrical damages and perform necessary replacements.

+ Work with PCB Boards or Main Ledger parts.

+ Operate a soldering machine effectively.

+ Replace parts using hand tools.

+ Lift items up to 35 lbs as required.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in repair and troubleshooting.

+ Experience in assembly and repair work.

+ Ability to use computers and touch screen smartphones.

+ Competence in using various tools, whether from formal production or hobbies.

+ Capacity to troubleshoot and repair effectively.

+ Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.

+ Experience in a team-based environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Nice to have: Experience in a similar role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
