Job Title: Janitorial Worker

Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented janitorial workers to maintain cleanliness in restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, offices, and warehouse areas. The role involves picking up plastic, dusting, wiping down poles and railings, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, and tidying offices. The position requires significant physical activity, including bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and walking for the entire shift. This is a large facility where you will be working around warehouse employees and forklifts.

Responsibilities

+ Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, offices, and warehouse areas.

+ Pick up plastic and other debris.

+ Dust and wipe down poles and railings.

+ Mop floors and clean bathrooms.

+ Take out trash and replace with new bags.

+ Tidy up offices and maintain cleanliness.

+ Stock areas for the shift and ensure supplies are available.

+ Wipe down safety and directional lines.

+ Perform high dusting and mopping as required.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

+ Experience in trash removal and floor care.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in restaurant food service or customer service is beneficial.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Elizabethtown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
