Job Title: Lead Electrical Technician
Job Description
The Lead Electrical Technician will oversee a crew of 2-3 people, focusing on the installation of energy-saving light fixtures and components. This role involves hands-on work, occasionally dealing with MC Cable and minimal wiring. The primary work location is in the Richmond Area, with occasional travel required to VA, MD, and NC.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee a crew of 2-3 technicians in the installation of energy-saving light fixtures and components.
+ Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
+ Occasionally work with MC Cable and perform minimal wiring tasks.
+ Travel occasionally to various locations including VA, MD, and NC to complete projects.
Essential Skills
+ Strong electrical aptitude and background.
+ Experience in installing light fixtures.
+ Leadership skills as a crew lead or lead technician.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Reliable with strong attendance record.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlottesville, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
