Job Description
We are seeking a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility, ensuring compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility.
+ Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
+ Install, adjust, and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer, and other related equipment.
+ Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin, and other equipment changes.
+ Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
+ Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
+ Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
+ Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
+ Troubleshoot, locate root problems, and repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
+ Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
+ Communicate with other departments on a frequent basis.
+ Receive instructions on specific job tasks from Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
+ Assist on unusual problems and ensure work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.

+ Experience in troubleshooting and repairing blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
+ Capability to operate blow mold or injection machines.
+ Effective communication with other departments.

Work Environment
This role requires regular standing, walking, and handling of equipment. Employees may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as part of their duties. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and fluctuating temperatures between hot and cold, based on seasonal changes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
