Job Title: Freight Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Freight Receiving Clerk** to support the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for manually unloading trailers, verifying incoming shipments, and ensuring all records are accurate. You will also work with inventory management systems, requiring strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Receive and unload incoming products from trailers by hand.

+ Verify shipment accuracy against documentation.

+ Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems.

+ Assist with kitting, shipping, and other warehouse functions as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in freight receiving.

+ Proficiency with inventory management systems and computer applications.

+ Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Experience in receiving, order picking, and inventory control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with pallet jacks, FedEx, UPS shipping, and inbound/outbound processes.

+ Familiarity with SAP systems, cycle counts, freight handling, and lumping.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
