Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

Join a dedicated team working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, helping maintain the standards of our cleanroom environment. The role is crucial to ensuring timely production of laser components by keeping the cleanroom pristine.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, bathrooms, and breakrooms.

+ Focus 70% of work within the cleanroom and preparation area.

+ Vacuum dust from hallways leading to the cleanroom entrance.

+ Mop the area where shoes are worn.

+ Change sticky mats 4-5 times daily to ensure cleanliness.

+ Regularly change trash bags in the cleanroom using double gloves.

+ Rotate PPE laundry in the gowning room.

Essential Skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Ability to read and understand English

+ Capability to stand for 8 hours

+ Comfort with wearing gowns and other PPE in the cleanroom

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial roles is beneficial

+ Familiarity with cleanroom and industrial cleaning processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
