    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to efficiently run medical device products and assist with the maintenance of machines. You will play a supportive role, aiding the main machine operator in ensuring smooth and effective operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate packaging machines for medical device products.

    + Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of machinery.

    + Support the main machine operator in daily operations.

    + Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance as needed.

    + Repair machinery and resolve mechanical issues promptly.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a machine operator in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical setting.

    + Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.

    + Proficiency in computer skills related to machine operation.

    + Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to maneuver 65 lbs reels.

    + Experience in medical device or food manufacturing settings.

    Work Environment

     

    Enjoy a comfortable A/C manufacturing environment with a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 am to 6 pm. Occasional overtime on Fridays is available.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
