    Job Title: Fabricator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Punch Press Operator with setup experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the punch press, troubleshooting work orders, and ensuring product accuracy and efficiency. Your contributions will assist in training and providing performance feedback, as well as supporting engineering in calculating flat layouts.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate the punch press and perform setup tasks.

    + Troubleshoot work orders and ensure product accuracy and efficiency.

    + Assist others in the department and collaborate with engineering.

    + Calculate flat layouts and handle multiple setups.

    + Perform quality checks throughout all stages of the process.

    + Provide first and last pieces for quality inspection.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation, including punch press, press brake, and setup.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and use calipers and micrometers.

    + 6 months to a year of prior machine operation in a metal fabrication setting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with brake press, stamping, and drill press.

    + Proficiency in reading work orders in English and conducting quality checks.

    + Ability to manage cycle runs and ensure parts reach inspection.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
