Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join a dynamic distribution center specializing in the manufacturing of lights, where you will primarily operate forklifts and support the receiving and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

+ Operate various types of forklifts including double deep reach trucks, clamp trucks, and order pickers.

+ Perform loading and unloading of materials.

+ Engage in picking and packing activities.

+ Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating double-deep reach trucks and clamp trucks.

+ Experience in container unloading.

+ Competence in material handling, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with stand-up and sit-down forklifts is advantageous.

+ Flexibility in handling various warehouse duties.

Work Environment

The work environment spans a 140,000 square feet space within a rented section of the MCS building. You will join a small team of 12 people operating on two shifts: 6am-2:30pm and 8am-4:30pm. This role is for the 8am shift. Employees are expected to be versatile, working on equipment operation and manual packing tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
