This role offers an exciting opportunity to start as a General Production Worker with the potential to advance into a CNC Machinist position. You will be responsible for operating manual lathes, bridgeports, CNC lathes, and grinding machines.
Responsibilities
+ Operate manual lathes and bridgeports.
+ Run CNC lathes and grinding machines.
+ Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient production processes.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production and general labor.
+ Proficiency in manual machining and CNC lathe operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Possession of a CNC Certification.
+ Reliability and a strong work ethic.
+ Drive and ambition to progress into a CNC Machinist role.
+ Ability to work well with others.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
