Industrial Maintenance Electrician

As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment. This includes performing electrical repairs and maintenance of overhead cranes, conveyors, furnaces, generators, and lighting circuits. You will also be tasked with changing out and replacing 480V, AC/DC motors, and troubleshooting circuit breakers, transformers, as well as Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Additionally, you will interpret blueprints and schematics to perform your duties effectively. Shift: Must be available to work all 3 shifts as you will be required to work a rotating shift schedule, 1 week on 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm), 1 week on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm), and 1 week on 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am)

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and maintain heavy industrial equipment, including overhead cranes and conveyors.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, generators, and lighting circuits.

+ Swap out and replace 480V, AC/DC motors.

+ Troubleshoot circuit breakers and transformers.

+ Diagnose and repair Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of electrical experience or possession of a Journeyman Card.

+ Experience within the steel industry.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens.

+ Knowledge of overhead crane operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience troubleshooting CNC equipment is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76918.40 - $76918.40/yr.
