Your Responsibilities

+ Operate CNC machines, brake presses, lathes, mills, and other precision equipment

+ Set up machines, adjust tooling, and monitor production runs

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

+ Inspect finished parts for accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues

What You Bring

+ Hands-on experience with CNC, brake press, lathe, or mill operations

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

+ Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

+ Technical training or certifications preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
