    Forklift Operator – Join Our Growing Team!

     

    **Location:** Cedar Falls, Iowa

    Shifts Available:

    + 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + 2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    + 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    + Weekend: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Friday–Monday)

    Position Overview

    We are seeking experienced **Forklift Operators** to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload oversized products such as equipment tires and animal nutrients. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate sit-down forklifts to pick and transport parts throughout the warehouse.

    + Load and unload oversized products onto truck beds.

    + Accurately sort, label, and store products using RF scanners and labeling systems.

    + Perform lifting tasks up to 60 lbs regularly.

    + Collaborate with supervisors to resolve task-related issues.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 6 months of forklift experience.

    + Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally.

    + Experience with RF scanners preferred.

    + Familiarity with warehouse or production environments.

    + Conditions vary by season: hot in summer, cold in winter, and dusty due to animal feed.

    + **Dress Code:** Steel-toed boots required; jeans or khaki/tan/denim shorts acceptable. T-shirts or long sleeves permitted (no gym shorts or sweatpants).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Falls, IA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
